The Easiest way to purchase JazzTimes Merchandise via credit card
is to visit our online store. Additionally,
most issues of JazzTimes include advertisements for both back issues and
JazzThreads which provide a mail-in order form. Should your issue not
contain an advertisement for these services, please contact our main office
toll-free in the USA @ 1-800-866-7664, ext. 518, for specific information
on back issues and JT clothing(full line of high quality T-shirts and

To replace a damaged
issue
Occasionally, your copy of JazzTimes may arrive damaged. Please notify
our subscription department
and a replacement copy will be sent.
To change
a subscription address
JazzTimes cannot be forwarded. You must notify our subscription
department in writing at least six weeks prior to moving to ensure
uninterrupted service of JazzTimes. Simply pull off your mailing label
and send it to the address above with your new address. You may also change
your address by calling 1-800-866-7664 or e-mailing
our customer service department. Please allow up to 60 days for the
address change to become effective.
To pay for subscription
renewal by credit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Contact our subscription
department at the numbers listed here.
To pay for a new
subscription by check or money order
Simply mail your new subscription request to mailing address listed
here. Be sure to tell us what your
mailing address is.
To place a gift subscription
Gift subscriptions can be placed by phone with a credit card or faxed.
A gift notice will be sent directly to the recipient.
